Shipping policy

In our Cats in Gloves shop, we do everything we can to reduce the prices of our items while maintaining their quality. Because of that, we decided not to use additional warehouses to accumulate and store our products but instead ship our items directly from our manufacturers.

Within 24 hours after you make your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. After our manufacturer sends the item we will send you another email with the tracking number of your package. With the tracking number, you can at any time check where your package is.

Since we do not use additional warehouses, the shipping of our products usually takes 2-4 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you have not received your tracking number within 7 days or if your item has not been delivered in time, please contact us immediately at sales@cats-in-gloves.com.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
