What payment options do you support?
In our web store, you can pay with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
How secure is your site?
It is very secure. First of all, we do not store any data locally, even your email address. Second, the information you send or get through the site is private, you can see it in your browser: a lock sign in the address bar.
There are two types of personal information you need to provide us with to make an order:
- order information, and
- payment data.
Order information consists of what you order, your email to confirm the order and to receive the tracking updates, and the shipping address. This information is stored securely on the remote server. If you choose to create an account, we will automatically fill in this information so that you do not need to re-type it every time you make an order.
Payment data includes your credit card number, expiry date, and security code. Our shop has no access to this data. To enter your credit card number, you will be re-directed to our payment provider. Currently, it is PayPal Payments. This is to make sure that your money transaction is absolutely safe and secure.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No. You can pay with your credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. To make a payment, you will be re-directed to our payment provider (Step 1). There you can choose to pay using your PayPal account or with your credit card (Step 2). If you choose to pay with a credit card, you do not need to have a PayPal account.
My item is faulty, what should I do?
If you received a damaged or a wrong product you can either exchange it or get a refund. Please send us an email with a photo of the product together with a proof that you purchased this product from us (for example a copy of your bill) within 14 days. Read more in our Return Policy.
I changed my mind and want to return the item I bought. How can I do it?
Unfortunately, we do not provide returns or refunds if you changed your mind. Please read our Return Policy to see if your item is eligible for a return.
Why is the shipping time so long?
In our Cats in Gloves shop, we do everything we can to reduce the prices of our items while maintaining their quality. Because of that, we decided not to use additional warehouses to accumulate and store our products but instead ship our items directly from our manufacturer. Please note that if a product is in high demand it may take longer to deliver it. Normally, you will receive your item in 2-4 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Why did my items from the same order were delivered in several packages?
To reduce our prices as much as possible, we decided not to use additional warehouses to accumulate and re-pack the products. Our items are all sent directly from manufactures. If you ordered several items they may arrive in separate packages for two reasons. First, if your items are produced by different manufacturers they will be shipped separately. Second, the products will be sent as soon as they are available. If not all products are available at the same time, they will be shipped separately.
I want to cancel or change my order. Can I do that?
You can only cancel or change an order before it is shipped. Normally, it takes 1-3 days to process an order. If your order has been processed already we will not be able to stop its delivery.
