Return & Refund Policy
In our Cats in Gloves store, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products at the lowest possible price. Your satisfaction is always our top priority, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange or return.
Our Return Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must satisfy the following requirements:
- Your item is unused and in the same condition, you received it.
- Your item is in the original packaging.
- Your item is faulty or damaged (we do not accept refunds if you change your mind).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Items on sale (if an item is discounted, it can not be refunded)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Return Procedure
If your item is eligible for a return, exchange or refund, please email at sales@cats-in-gloves.com with your return claim. In your email please include:
- A receipt or proof of purchase
- A photo (one or more) showing the damage or other faults, like the wrong color
Please note, we will not be able to complete your return if the proof of purchase or the proof of damage is missing.
After receiving your email we will contact you within 24-48 hours to notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If you are approved and you wish to return or exchange your item, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and the shipping address. Please make sure to write the Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the shipping label.
After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you wish to exchange your item, the new item will be shipped immediately after we receive the defective or damaged one from you.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, please check your bank account once again
- Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next, contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@cats-in-gloves.com.
